Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
1. Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or non-functioning item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Include a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, return shipping will not be required.
2. Items Not as Described, Unwanted, or Changed Mind
If your item is not faulty but you are not satisfied (e.g., item is not as expected or no longer needed), you may request a return within 30 days. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, excluding original and return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of your return request approval.
3. Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are eligible for return and refund under the same terms as regular-priced items.
4. Damage from Misuse or Unauthorized Repairs
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repair attempts by third parties.
Warranty Policy
Manufacturer’s Warranty (9 Months)
winksprint provides a 9-month limited warranty from the purchase date, covering manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling (e.g., drops, water exposure).

Normal wear and tear.

Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
If your item qualifies for a warranty claim, winksprint will repair or replace the item at no cost. Refunds are not issued under this warranty—only replacements or repairs will be provided.
